school boards leaders, community organizations, foundations, and governments to collaborate on initiatives that fostered civic education, and was grateful to see the collective passion that educators across the country held
for the success of students.

leaders of many charter organizations, education - related nonprofit groups, the Newark City Council, and several local and state representatives all signed a letter asking Christie to provide additional state aid.
