for burning calories but won't really
slim down
legs.
They are great
for slimming and toning the thighs and they are also great
for leg muscle building.
I've always wanted to lose the fat from my
legs but when I do strength training my
legs do
slim down a bit but the muscles look more defined even at rest, so I switched to joogging and walking
for now.
Cardio is good
for slimming down your
legs, but not if you're sprinting.
