A small blender or mini-chopper works well
for small amounts of garlic or onion that need to be minced.

It was
small — only about a cup and a half total in the package — but since I usually add about one large
garlic clove

of snap peas it was easy to figure out the

I tend to have my clients add
small amounts of FODMAPs — 1/2 an apple and some
garlic and / or wheat to their day — I don't want to fully exacerbate their symptoms but do want to have some «food»
for the microbes.
