If you're a regular here, you might know I have a
bit of a
soft spot
for ceviche.
Ingredients: 10 slices of
soft, white bread / 3/4 C chopped fresh flat - leaf parsley / 1 large egg yolk / 2 t fresh lemon juice / 2 t Worcestershire sauce / 1 1/2 t Tabasco sauce / 7 t Dijon mustard / 1/2 t paprika / 1/2 t dried thyme / 1/2 t celery seeds / 1/4 t freshly ground black pepper / 5 T olive oil / 1 pound fresh cooked Dungeness crabmeat — check
for bits of shell and keep pieces as whole as possible / 1/4 C chopped onion / 1/4 C each, seeded and chopped green and red bell pepper / Unsalted butter
for panfrying / 4 — 8 lemon wedges.
My near black bananas were extra large and

I love
biting into cold chocolate, but if you want to you can keep it in your fridge
for a
softer feel.
Bake the fudge brownies in the center of the oven
for about 35 minutes, until the edge is set but the center is still a
bit soft and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out coated with a little of the batter.
We like our veggies a little
bit crunchy (especially the carrots and zucchini), so I grilled them
for 20 minutes, then I sprinkled them with grated Parmesan and put them back in the oven
for another 2 minutes, but feel free to remove the pan sooner to have

You can even make your pumpkin pie spice a

bit soft set, so I would recommend veggie style gelatine
for a firmer set.
This particular roll has a slightly crisp exterior and a
soft yet chewy interior that is great
for scraping up the last few
bits of extras left on your dinner plate.

Sooooo, since i had a small pumpkin that came in our farm share... I cubed that up, and sauted the onions peppers garlic, til
