I've personally been following Ella's recipes as they contain more natural and unprocessed ingredients, especially the desserts and
sweets that don't contain unrefined
sugars, and overall have found the recipies a better substitute to any processed or packaged
sweet or snack, which is overall better
for my health.

I tend to add a little extra brown
sugar sometimes

sweeter treat, but that's completely optional as written in the recipe.
One of the things that struck me in this book is that Fuhrman points out that people's
sweet tooth is there
for a reason... it's not a bad thing, unless we satisfy it with refined
