For dried cranberries, it's pretty difficult to get unsweetened dried cranberries as they're very sour, so watch out for the effect of the sugars on you (you are allowed small amounts of sugar on this diet).

dried cranberries and sweet - sour

Dried Cranberries are not just
for snacking on!
I enjoy Uncle Sam with (no sugar added), plain soy milk and add
dried cranberries for the extra sweetness.
For my first two batches I used
dried cranberries and the muffins were very bland.
Dried cranberries simply don't work
for this recipe.
Would probably be good with
dried cranberries or blueberries and black walnuts:)
for a dessert bread.
I've been looking
for unsweetened, oil - free
dried cranberries for the longest time, but have never found any.
Instead of chocolate chips I add 1/2 cup of
dried cranberries for tartness and an additional 1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran to increase the fiber.
I like sunflower seeds and pistachios
for crunch, and some
dried cranberries for chewy sweetness.
Again, if you don't enjoy spices you can omit the cinnamon and if you're not a fan of
dried cranberries you can swap those
for a different
dried fruit instead, you could also choose to leave them out entirely or add even more chocolate chips.
If I could choose any treats that would look pretty and still be as soft and chewy as they actually are, though, I'd say the Butterscotch Blondies
for the main walls (they're a lovely golden color and speckled with
dried cranberries and chocolate chips); the chocolate shortbread
for the door (dark and dense, like mahogany); Oatmeal Poppyseed Scones
for the floor (love the poppyseed speckles); Sugar - Free Sugar Cookies
for the roof (because they can be rolled and cut into any shape you like); and Chocolate «Buttercream» Frosting to top off the roof (just because you can swirl it to look like Spanish roof tiles,
