And i just so happpened to buy a bag of
tigernut flour i found in my local co-op and had no idea what to use it
for.
As a note,
tigernuts are dried in order to preserve their shelf life
for many years, as well as their nutritional content, however, that does not take away from their versatility, as they can be eaten raw, roasted, soaked, baked, more traditionally in drinks such as horchata, or in the form of
tigernut oil.
i have a bag of
tigernuts and they taste good but i am not a fan of the texture, a little too chewy
for me.
