Health Protection and Promotion Fund, and the Natural Resources Climate Change Adaptation Fund to be treated as separate accounts in the Treasury; and (2) amounts appropriated to such Funds to be only available
for the purposes set forth under this Act.

training to support the practice of
health care and social service
workers in the area of elder abuse and neglect.»
The changes included amendments to the mandatory minimum
training requirements
for health and safety committee members and
worker health and safety representatives; mandatory annual evaluations of joint committee effectiveness; and a clarification of what it means
for employers and
worker representatives to participate in employer incident investigations.
