vege intake, especially from green leafy
vege's, while increasing my carb intake a little by eating some white rice

We take it that eating the low saturated fat diet in actual experiments doesn't really do anything beneficial compared with eating the standard diet (telling people to do nothing) except perhaps a small improvement
