Store leftovers in an airtight container
for up to 5 days (
for best results, heat leftover
cookies in the microwave
for 10 - 20 seconds on high, until the middles are slightly
warm and gooey again).
You'll flip

warm flavors, crunchy pistachios, and buttery
cookie base.
This leaves plenty of room
for a
warm chocolate chip

Some lovely whole grains with ginger and some
warming spices, plus a hint of molasses makes these the perfect ginger

I've even popped them into the toaster oven
