My internal switch has been flipped and I have been getting my seasonal craving
for warm porridge.
I know the craving
for a warming porridge when it gets colder outside... and then remembering that I actually do not want to have a big bowl of oats!

Now, when it's still cold and snowy outside I prefer a
warm breakfast with grains, but this raw buckwheat walnut
porridge will be
for sure my absolute favourite breakfast treat
for spring and summer.
I stuck some in a bowl and
warmed it through a little giving me one of the best
porridge flavours I've had
for ages, so it wasn't a total disaster
For example at home Ella and Matthew eat lots of bowls of
porridge with almond butter,
