wheatberries in 4 times their volume of water
for 25 mins, or following pack instructions.
Sticking to whole grains (the
wheatberry is the whole grain — not whole wheat bread), legumes, starchy veggies, non-starchy veggies and 1 - 2 servings of fruit a day is successful
for almost everyone.
Processed grains should definitely be avoided to reduce inflammation, but real whole grains (quinoa,
wheatberries, steel cuts oats) and beans / legumes are helpful
for inflammation.
