Tres Leches is standardly know
for a white cake soaked in 3 types of milk, also known as a milk cake.
For the yellow cake, I've used whole eggs instead of egg whites
for a white cake like the Churro Cake I recently made.
It is my absolute favorite recipe
for white cake.
This frosting was the perfect topping
for my white cake.
For White Cake: just pour batter into remaining pan smoothing the top with an offset spatula.
I can only give it a 3 based on my changes, so maybe not a fair score
for the white cake.

Sometimes the texture of panna cotta is off - putting
