The mission of Bandit's Adoption and Rescue of K - 9s (BARK) is to rescue orphaned or abandoned
pets and other
adoptable dogs from animal shelters in the Richmond area, provide spay / neuter and vaccinations, then find loving,

adoptable pets are in foster
homes while others (new arrivals, those awaiting medical recovery, those awaiting foster /
forever homes) are cared
for at our Adoption Center in Oceanside, CA.
