forget about H2O, that is water, as it cleanses the body and removes toxins from it.
And let's not
forget about the good old yam, which is full of complex
carbohydrates (the best kind for increased energy) and soluble dietary fiber.
Protein is maybe the most essential nutrient, but we should not
forget about the healthy fats and
carbohydrates and of course the minerals and vitamins.
