Heartland Humane Society (HHS) will use the ASCPA «Meet Your Match» program to match
a foster host organization with a cat.

3rd, It's a little confusing that the adult entertainment industry, one of the most socially destructive industries there is, is highlighted but
foster and adopt ministries, hospitals, schools, relief
organizations, homeless ministries, special needs ministries, nursing home ministries, pregnancy crisis ministries, prison ministries and a
host of other ministries, most often sponsored and run by the organized churches of multiple denominations, is ignored.
The most successful programs offer new learning opportunities, promote mastery in a given activity,
foster positive relationships with the
host school and community, have qualified site coordinators, and have strong partnerships with sponsoring
organizations.
As an extension of our
foster program, local businesses and
organizations will
host and showcase adoptable cats in their place of business, increasing exposure of both our adoptable cats and the shelter.
There are five types of residencies, including local
organizations in residence, where arts
organizations have their offices and activities on our campus; local artists in residence, where LA - based artist occupy either live / work or day work studios for 1 year or more; a visiting artist program that
hosts international and national artists and curators from between 1 to 3 months; a curator in residence, who has studio space for one calendar year to conduct research and
foster community engagement through ancillary programs, such as symposia, lectures, and artist talks; and the Artist Lab Residency program, structured as both a residency and an exhibition for an LA - based artist.
We want to invite
organizations that have been instrumental to people of color long before we came along; whether they
host a dinner series to cultivate conversations about identity, or program classes that help
foster creativity in court - involved young people.
In each community
hosting an exhibit, we partner with local
organizations to create related programming that leverages the artwork to
foster dialogue and build awareness of the issues addressed.
