find works is to melt the
coconut oil first with the maple syrup and add gradually the cacao powder, stirring until you get the desired consistency.

oil amount and add a few more figs / prunes /

Saturated fats (ghee, grass - fed butter, grass - fed meats, cold pressed

From reading Dandelion Hunter, I realized that despite the tremendous amounts of
coconut oil we have in our house and my ability to

The cacao butter is a bit more traditional and will impart a slightly more chocolate - y flavor, but
coconut oil works equally well (and is often easier to
find, although you can buy cacao butter online).

coconut oil can
work in minimum amounts or better with a face mist if it's rather oily!
