What alternative to coconut yogurt could I use, as
I find the coconut yoghurt comes in a tiny pot and is really expensive!

I use a totally plain
coconut yoghurt, that tastes like greek
yoghurt — I'd say definitely
find one with no sweetener or flavourings, as I'm sure that would make the dish taste a bit funny!
I love it served with a little
coconut yoghurt or a dollop of ice cream (I recently
found an amazing cashew based raspberry ripple, which is a dream!)
You can add a sweetener like maple syrup too, but I don't usually as I
find coconut milk is slightly sweet by itself and also means I can use the
yoghurt in savoury dishes too.

yoghurt is amazing for
coconut lovers, people who can not eat regular
yoghurt, with tummy troubles, vegans, or just if you
find it exciting to make stuff from scratch.
I have
found that I can put pretty much anything into a pancake - gluten or no gluten, probiotic
yoghurt or
coconut milk, raw cacoa and chia — anything, and she will gobble them up in delight.
the only I've
found at my local store is a
coconut milk
yoghurt by so delicious and it was just ok!
