Although I've
found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the
season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in
for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification
for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked
football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order
for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart
for now
NFL — Fantasy
football players should be thinking about the upcoming
season now that it's July and
for your convenience, we have broken down each of the key offensive positions to
find who is undervalued and overvalued:
Gary Neville was not specifically talking about Arsenal and the situation that Arsene Wenger and the players
find themselves in this
season, but the former England and Man United defender was talking about things that could just as easily be applied to the Gunners, as he did his punditry
for Sky Sports Monday Night
Football last night.
Even though the tall Frenchman had played 14 times
for us in all competitions during the previous
season and had received praise
for the manager and the
football media alike, he had failed to
find the back of the net, at least one that had not been ruled offside, so it looked like a loan deal
for Sanogo would be most likely.
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face...
for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to
find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually
find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets
for fans and pundits alike... in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field...
for them, they cared more about shirt sales and
season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility
for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary
for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and
for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at
season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship
football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to
find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame
for our current woes

football and it might help in his national team form cazorla is a good player but not world class he can not be classified on the same level against players like silva iniesta and the old arsenal fabregas sanchez is also good but he needs to add more to his game

find it easy
