found microwave recipes tend to be iffy, but I was really happy with how this one came out.

I
found it helpful to use the wrapper from the stick of butter, which I had already dropped into the bowl I would melt it in over the water on the stove, being concerned concerned about making it too hot in the
microwave for the
recipe, to smear a large pinch of butter without making a mess of my fingers or wasting a paper towel and butter that would be absorbed (probably used between 1/2 and 3/4 tbsp, but I did not measure).
So I had a wonderful new bag that I bought ($ 7) and used for one
recipe... a few days later, I was going back to get the bag from a wooden crate I kept under the
microwave and I
found....
the one thing i
found odd in the
recipe is the use of a
microwave...
I'm diabetic so I tweaked this
recipe and replaced the honey with Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Golden (Golden is more like brown sugar,
found on Amazon, and is mostly Erythritol with some monkfruit), using 1/3 of a cup, 1/8 cup of water,
microwaved until sweetener is dissolved).
I
found a
recipe and instructions on how to dry it out using a
microwave here at Rainy Day Mum, and so the whole process could be completed in one -LSB-...]
As I've
found a lot of quick meal
recipes that are much healthier than
microwaved meals anyway, we just don't use a
microwave.

found in Keto Clarity for chocolate magic shell topping, involving unsweetened chocolate, coconut oil, and water (I used heavy cream) melted in the
microwave and then poured on top.
