Careful to
find the none - rosted tahini as many brands
roast the
seeds to add taste.
Although we can't use nuts in recipes, I
find that
roasted seeds do an excellent job as well.

found that the key to crispy
roasted pumpkin
seeds is to boil them in salted water for 10 minutes prior to
roasting.

found no less than 12 unopening 1 gallon containors of honey
roasted cashews (yep the plastic wrapper still on), 20 containers of dried cranberries, and at least 30 bags of sunflower
seeds.
