Mario always applies concealer before foundation and never puts
foundation under the eyes.
After you've blended in
the foundation under your eyes, create some contour with a highlighting palette.

If I want a minimal spring look, I'll dab
this the foundation under my eyes and along my t - zone and blend outwards.
To finish, gently dab

I have very dehydrated skin so suffer with
under eye creasing quite badly, I use a corrector and concealer and then
foundation but I find if I powder it can look worse, but I do use a little bit xx

I apply both these shades after I apply my
foundation and before my

eye concealer.
I have a lot of acne scars and redness and red spots and this covers everything without me even needing
foundation (if you want a more natural look) but it rocks and does nt crease
under my
eyes like other concealers do.
This
foundation has amazing coverage, but my
under eyes need all the help they can get lately, so I applied a generous amout of the Kat Von D Lock It Concealer in the shade L7 Warm.
They are a little smaller than the
foundation brush so they let you get into smaller or harder to reach areas like
under the
eyes.
Anyways, this has full coverage of my
under eye circles and is slightly lighter than the Fairly Light
foundation so I also can use it as a very subtle highlighter on the bridge of my nose and top of my cheekbones.
It sits beautifully
under my
eyes without caking or creasing and, when the nights were too late and the mornings too early, Fit Me Concealer is build - able and stays all day, often outlasting my
foundation.
I use a large size blender for my
foundation all over and a mini beauty blender for my
eye lid and
under eye concealer for a seamless finish I just absolutely love.
Steps to bake: - Apply lotion and primer - Apply full - coverage
foundation - Use concealer to highlight
under eyes / jaw - Apply translucent powder and let «bake» for 10 minutes - Brush off powder - Look flawless
I do quick dabs
under my
eyes, and on my cheeks if I'm going to wear
foundation that day.
I picked mine up on 1 - 2 shades lighter than I would with
foundation because I knew I wanted to use this highlighting my
under eyes to help with contrasting the contour and I love it.
Since I apply my concealer after my
foundation, I used Smashbox HALO Hydrating Perfecting Powder in Light all over my face, as well as my
under eye area.
I typically apply it
under my
eyes and on problem areas after my
foundation and blend it out with a beauty blender.
I use it mainly as an
under eye concealer, it is great because it is actually lighter than my
foundation (which is super hard to find) and it conceals anything.

under eye prior to using Too faced liquid

What I did in the video just incase you didn't understand were the following things, first I applied Rigid Collodion and as soon as it dried I applied a light layer of my lightest
foundation (avoiding my
under eye area so my dark circles would be visible) then I took mi my blue and beige
eye shadow shades and darken my
eye hallows.
The times I've worn this
foundation, I didn't use any concealer at all because I wanted to see how well it covers dark circles and also how well it wore; so I just built it up
under my
eyes and around my nose.
Using a kabuki brush, apply a matte, lightweight
foundation base with super silky 2nd Skin
Foundation, then brighten the
under eyes with a lighter shade of 2nd Skin Concealer.
Tip: After applying liquid
foundation and concealer, use a small makeup brush to apply a light dusting of translucent powder or face powder to the
under eye area.
Instead, use a small, pointy brush to apply a lightweight concealer to your
under -
eye area (as well as any other discolorations or blemishes) after your
foundation application, then blend.
Then I applied my favorite Laura Mercier
foundation (using a damp beauty blender), and concealed my
under eyes with a high coverage concealer from Tarte.
I used a damp beauty blender to apply Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow
foundation then concealed
under my
eyes, around my nose and on my forehead.
Once you've applied your
foundation, it is highly likely that you'll want a little highlighter
under the
eyes to doubly make sure those dark circles are long gone.
To conceal my
under eyes I used NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, then used a Real Techniques stippling brush to apply Cover FX cream
foundation.
It pretty much goes like this — apply a light
foundation to even out my complexion, add concealer for
under my
eyes, and use a light color on my eyelids.
I applied this product
under my
eyes after applying my
foundation.
I think this powder is absolutely amazing for setting my
under eye concealer and
foundation.
I used to struggle with sealing my
foundation especially
under my
eyes.
I think the key to using it is to apply your
foundation everywhere but the
under -
eye area, apply a light coat of this concealer, and then sweep over the area with a very fine setting powder (not a typical face powder).
I pretty much just dab some Touch Éclat
under my
eyes and blend it in with the damp Blender Sphere then dab some concealer on then
foundation if I'm feeling really fancy.
The only place I really wear
foundation and concealer is
under and around my
eyes and you can probably tell from the photo above that I use the crap out of this blender sphere and if this one is anything to go buy, I think I might have to have splurge on the Beauty Blender kit because, yep, thirty bucks would be a total splurge in my books.
This full - coverage product works well with my
foundation to brighten certain parts of my face (like the bridge of the nose and
under the
eyes), and disguise problem areas I don't want to show through my makeup.
The key to
under eye cream is tapping (with your finger) into your skin and not rubbing, much like how you would apply your
foundation.
I do not have any major skin imperfections on my face so after applying my
foundation and concealer I dust a very small amount quantity of Mac Mac Mineralize Skinfinish
under my
eyes to set the concealer and a light swirl of it on my entire face and neck with my Real Techniques Powder Brush and it gives me a very even and smooth finish.
