I made soup this afternoon and tried a pumpkin spice
frappucino from Starbucks yesterday!
The Orance
Mocha Frappucino sequence culminating in the explosion is demented brilliance.
They are perfect for a day of shopping, drinking pumpkin
spice frappucinos, and taking it easy.
Dubbed the «
Frappula Frappucino,» the new brew will be offered from October 28 to the end of the month, the company announced Monday.
The
Unicorn frappucino took over the internet this spring, while the «pink drink» and other colorful variations have become secret menu staples, continuously driving baristas crazy.
The person in front of me ordered a Caramel
Frappucino so I decided to do the same.
Actually i hate coffee (
except frappucinos from starbucks = shame on me) but i love it in cakes, cookies and puddings.
So for the past 7 days it's been MFL (mocha
frappucino light) with mocha drizzle and cookie crumbles.
And so here we are, no longer simply a magazine but a hydra - like creature in near - constant engagement with various audiences via YouTube, social media, etc., participating in the 24 - hour news cycle when it comes to a
new Frappucino flavor or the acquisition of Whole Foods.
Sometimes I can be swayed into drinking coffee if it's
in frappucino form.
This
includes frappucinos and sodas, but also «real fruit smoothies» and «healthy» Naked Juice drinks, Gatorade, and even things like apple juice, orange juice, grape juice, cranberry juice, etc..
As an example, Starbuck's
Vanilla Frappucino contains 69 grams of sugar which equals 17 teaspoons of sugar.
This might not be such a big deal if you're buying a couple
of frappucinos at Starbucks, but could prove critical if you're planning to buy an expensive espresso machine at Williams Sonoma or a new camping tent at Cabela's.
The first time I saw it I nearly dropped my «Double - Chocolatey
Chip Frappucino with Caramel Drizzle».
I decided I would try to make mirror the cupcakes after Holly's favourite Starbucks fares the Iced
Caramel Frappucino, and both of our new Winter favourite, the Caramel Brulee Macchiato.
I think it's important to note that I was still able to lead a fairly «normal» life throughout this week: I went out for dinner, drank
Starbucks frappucinos, and ate bacon and red meat.
But they managed to create a language:
a frappucino.
I've shared quite some vegan recipes with you guys (brownies, sushi,
frappucino) so far but I've got to tell you I'm not vegan (yet) though.
I usually add a couple tablespoons of this to my smoothies or homemade «
frappucinos» for some extra protein kick.
Thankfully these are «skinny»
frappucinos, and by that I mean dairy - free, refined sugar - free, and gluten - free.
I had a caramel
frappucino and it was soooo good.
Juice bars are popping up on every corner, giving us healthy alternatives to our lattes,
frappucinos, and mochas.
