I've been gluten -
free / vegan for a couple years, and at this point I'm totally inspired by
blogs like yours to cut out all the rest of the junk (oils / sugars) that I occasionally eat.
I honestly haven't cooked anything
blog worthy, or had the gumption to put together a DIY but I feel out of the funk, with a little more
free time and I feel
like I can throw some bidness together.
In fact, her
blog reads a lot
like mine would have read had I started blogging before I went dairy -
free.
I have always had this thing for cheesecakes, especially in summer, and you've got many cheesecake recipes on the
blog,
like the honey lavender cheesecake, the salted caramel apple cheesecake, or other vegan, gluten and lactose
free versions such as the vegan raspberry cheesecake (a readers» favorite), the raw mango cheesecake, or the yuzu coconut cheesecake, to mention just a few of them.
I read the
blog daily and made the chocolate covered peanut butter thins last night as an example of what gluten
free baking is supposed to taste
like.
I feel
like I haven't done much baking on the
blog as of late, so when I saw that coconut pound cake was a popular food offering on religious holidays in Cambodia, I was psyched for the opportunity to adapt a pound cake recipe from a gluten -
free cookbook I just picked up the other day.
But there is also a recipe (using the old method) on the

like to try sooner.
So funny, I also have a variation on honey cornbread on my

free one, but not a basic one with standard ingredients
