I feel terrible eating Gluten
Free bread because there is so little nutritive value and it's all starches, it also doesn't keep me full, like whole grain bread would.
Paleo bread is different from gluten
free bread because often on the paleo diet most grains are avoided.
As someone who can't do the gluten -

i was wondering what other types of
bread you usually eat (since i don't buy market proclaimed «gluten
free»
because they have a bunch of additives in them).
I don't like classifying myself as any particular thing as I find it's restrictive, yes almost all of what I eat is technically vegan and gluten
free, but I don't like being defined as a certain thing
because I don't want to feel like I'm «failing»

because bread is labeled organic doesn't mean it is
free of animal products.

because of the no grains rule on the Paleo diet, you just make the

free breads have no rise and punch down and second rise and punch down... you'll want to shape any
breads before the rise (they'll only rise once!).
Mari - I like using fast rise yeast in most of my GF yeast
breads because you don't want to do the punch - down and second rise with gluten -
free yeast doughs, so it works well to use the accelerated rise yeasts that don't need that extra rise time.

I can say that the
bread made with sorghum tastes like real
bread because I am not gluten
free and have tried out this
bread on others unassuming.
:) We recently had to abandon the store bought
breads because they all have xanthan gum and my son is now corn
free too.
I love their pita
bread because it doesn't need to be heated up like most gluten
free sandwich

I particularly love this recipe
because (a) you can use any sliced
