free bread brands?

After buying several different
brands of gluten
free bread this is hands down the best flavored and the texture was awesome.
One such
brand of gluten -
free yeast
bread mixes is Dr. Schär.
The only store
brand of gluten -
free bread that I have found that is tolerable is Udi's (not to be confused with Rudi's — which is horrible!)
Some of the country's biggest and best known
brands like Fazer use Finnish oats extensively in their
bread products, and in their gluten -
free ranges.

free bread is generally not at all healthy, nor is the one
brand of Ezekiel
bread available at my supermarket, which contains wheat gluten as one of the major ingredients.
