I milk my own Jersey, eat my own eggs and meat beef,
chicken goat; grow many of my own veggies year round, eat lots of cream and
butter, the fat on my meat, bone broth; within the last year have given up vegetable oils except olive; gluten
free for 2 years; very little organic cane sugar say less than 2 - 3 T. daily, many days none; wine and cheese of my own making, mostly my own and daily; milk and / or water kefir daily; work at home is my exercise along with stretching; 90 % organix in everything.
Other foods like pork,
chicken and
butter are considered high, but I believe the organic, grass - fed,
free range etc. versions are higher in Omega 3's, although I'm not sure why.
I eat fish, organic grass fed beef, lamb and
free range
chicken, loads of organic veg, organic fruit,
butter from grass fed cows, organic beef fat from grass fed cattle, olive oil, lots of herbs, spices, turmeric, organic cocoa powder and chocolate, loads of eggs, some cheese from grass fed cattle — all sat fat but not to excess.
Nix your grains and sugars, and anything «fat
free or low calorie»; instead, load up on plenty of FATS: good
butter, olive oil, coconut oil, egg yolks,
chicken skin, the fattier and nutrient dense animal parts, like liver and kidneys, and switch to whole dairy products (yogurt and keifer).
