We have had the wonderful WAGfree bakery
in London for a while, (and I have been really happy to see their
cakes in Selfridge's recently, as I don't make it down to Brixton very often), but it will be fantastic to have what looks to be the complete gluten -
free experience available so centrally on Upper Street.

There's no dairy
in the actual
cake itself, and the flour is brown rice flour so it's wheat
free which is almost always a good thing with a lot of dogs.
I wanted to share some good gluten -
free experiences we've had recently, with a Harry & David gluten -
free gift box, King Arthur gluten -
free cake mix, and four restaurants
in Chicago: Hub 51, Wilde, Lula Cafe and Nano Sushi.
Next, my first attempt at almond flour baking with carried with
in a very strong aftertaste that I have (thankfully) not experienced since then, and a paleo chocolate
cake I made last winter than contained an obscene amount of eggs and had the consistency of a quiche... What I am trying to say is that
cake is not quite as universally beloved
in the grain
free world... at least not by bakers.
I've only just popped bananas back into my baking repoitoire after they went up to $ 16 / kg here
in Australia with the QLD floods some months ago, thankfully they're back down to $ 2.98 / kg and so I've stocked up ready to have some black bananas to use soon, the glaze sounds amazing, my man would love that lemon kick, although I must admit I did enjoy the caramel icing I just poured all over my most recent banana

I made dinner rolls for the 1st time and they were a little denser than I wanted... was wondering if the xanthem gum was the culprit... so I looked up adjusting xanthem gum for dense bread and it brought me here... your article says if bread is rubbery it might have too much xanthem... I have perfected my cupcakes they are light fluffy and moist... and good enough that I was able to sell them at a local cafe for 3.00 a piece and could not keep up... anyway the xanthem gum measurements for
cakes is supposed to be 1/2 tsp per cup and I only use 1/4 tsp per cup... so I am thinking if I reduce the xanthem
in the rolls it would produce an airier roll... as everyone knows gluten
free flours can be expensive... and I wanted to avoid making a failed batch as bread and
cake are a bit different... the 1st batch tased great... just won't leave much room for food due to density... as is the problem with lots of gluten
free stuff... am I on the right track?
