While it's thawing, put the dairy -
free chocolate chips and the 3 Tablespoons of coconut milk
in a microwave safe bowl.
Being the
chocolate addict that I am, I wanted to switch up a regular strawberry galette and put
in a whole half - cup of dairy -
free chocolate chips to give me pouches of pure puddles of chocolaty goodness.
The brownies were baked
in a 9 x 13 baking pan which made them a thinner brownie which I really liked and I topped them them with melted

When I got home from visiting Matthew, I had a major craving for
chocolate chip cookie dough, so I got a little creative
in the kitchen and whipped up a gluten -
free and egg -
free batch using almond butter, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, and white
chocolate chips.
At this point, you can add
in 1/4 cup of your mix -
in of choice, such as dairy -
free dark
chocolate chips, raisins or nuts.

in baking section at the supermarket) will be dairy -
free.
* 1 cup organic, full - fat coconut milk (I like Native Forest brand): please see directions for how to properly use the coconut milk
in this recipe * 2 tablespoons unrefined sugar (I used Madhava blonde coconut sugar) * pinch of fine sea salt * 1 heaping cup 60 % bittersweet
chocolate chips (or chopped bittersweet
chocolate), preferably fair trade * 1 large egg, preferably organic /
free range, beaten * coarse sea salt or smoked sea salt - optional (I used large flake smoked sea salt)
Like say banana greek yoghurt

free.
From thin and chewy to thick and crunchy, and everything
in between, the many recipes on this blog for the humble but proud
chocolate chip cookie is worth the price of admission alone (it's
free — this blog is
free, but still).
Then I stirred
in dairy
free chocolate chips to half of the batch while it was still warm!
I use meyer lemon zest and blueberries but feel
free to sub
in chocolate chips, carob
chips, or whatever you please.
Whether used
in grain -
free banana almond pancakes, banana
chocolate -
chip muffins, banana nut oatmeal crunch cookies, simple baked banana
chips or a tropical fruit salad — bananas always seem to do the trick.
