free coconut cashew bread together, a recipe from Danielle Walker from Against All Grain.

Rose and Lavender Parfait 6.5 oz (about1 1/2 cups) meat of young Thai
coconut 1 1/4 cup
coconut water 1/4 cup purified water 3/4 oz Irish moss — thoroughly rinsed and soaked in hot water for at least 10 minutes 1/4 cup

free chocolate chunks (or a good bar chopped up) • 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts / pecans would be best, I only had
cashews) • 1/2 cup fresh cherries (pit and cut in half)
Not to say the filling isn't surprisingly low in fat —
free of
cashews and
coconut and all the usual creamy cake things.
That said, you can use your favorite unsweetened dairy -
free milk beverage, whether it be
coconut,
cashew, almond or soy!
If you want the perfect dairy
free cream kind of consistency full fat
coconut milk and
cashews is definitely the way forward.
The brownie is made with frozen bananas, almond milk, chocolate protein powder (again, if you have a plain protein powder, you can add cacao powder and maple syrup or stevia), and the peanut butter cookie crumble is made with
coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, almond or
cashew butter, maple syrup and dairy -
free milk.
It is dairy
free, gluten
free and refined sugar
free, sweetened mainly with
coconut and
cashews, plus just a touch of rice malt syrup.
This amazing dairy
free and vegan raw
coconut white chocolate is made with
coconut,
cashews,
coconut oil and cacao butter.

cashews, or whatever other nut or seed you like.

cashew butter (you could also use almond butter, or if you want a nut -
free version,
coconut butter, slightly melted)
Rich
cashews, dried
coconut flakes and superfood seeds combine with
cashew butter and hints of vanilla and sea salt for irresistible clusters —
free of the oats + grains!
Cashews,
coconut butter, and a hint of maple syrup blend together to create a cream cheese like spread — the perfect compliment to our Gluten
Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes.
I added 4 cups of chicken broth (either homemade or organic,
free range from a box), sea salt, pepper, and about a 1 1/2 to 2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped) to the Vitamix with the

free (regular thickness) 3/4 of a cup of
coconut water, purified water, any non-dairy milk — almond,
cashew, hemp etc. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients for the batter: 1/2 cup soaked
cashews (soak in water for a couple of hours) Juice of 1 lemon 1/8 cup melted
coconut oil 1/4 cup
