A big change from the
last time I made gingerbread
cookies is that I need a good gluten -
free recipe so everyone in my household can enjoy them.
I generally try to avoid using such a specialty item but every recipe for gluten -
free whoopie pies I looked up stressed this ingredient and the
last time I tried making these without it the
cookies fell flat.
Last year was the first year we made gluten
free gingerbread
cookies.
At the very
last moment, we'll remember that we're making gluten
