Have recommended your recipes to my friends in my allergy groups (I am vegetarian, but need a dairy
free diet too), as they're very allergy - friendly, and so adaptable?

I was told when healing the gut I should do an elimination
diet and cut all dairy out at first and grains except quinoa
too (I see some include raw dairy on candida
diets, does it just depend if you want to find what you react badly
too) but am guessing you don't necessarily have to be grain
free to heal candida or the gut.
