do have milk in them n if it doesn't say organic milk your not getting that your getting real milk, then go on internet n read, read, read all your labels n read whats best for you cause everybody is not the same, I hope that helps n feel

free or
egg free so I don't know how they would turn out.
While the breading is nut
free and I didn't include any nightshades in the seasoning, it
does rely on
eggs to bind it, making it a no - go for strict AIP.
This recipe packs a lot of flavor with just a few ingredients and is a great option if you are
egg -
free or simply just don't like the flavor of mayonnaise - based coleslaw like me.
Of the 8 recipes that are not AIP, only 2 are due to non-negotiable nightshades, 1 for
eggs, 3 for the seed spice cumin, and 2 for white rice (I had to include legit Arroz con Pollo and Puerto Rican Yellow Rice - but don't worry, I have grain -
free versions of both, too!)

free half and half instead of heavy cream, 2/3 cup whole milk with 1/3 cup nonfat powdered milk added, 2 whole
eggs, and I didn't sieve it.

eggs 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee 1/2 cup unrefined sugar (you can
do 3/4 cups) 1 tsp vanilla extract (I sometimes use chocolate extract or amaretto liquor) 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (minus 2 tablespoons) 1/2 teaspoon aluminum
free baking powder 12 oz dark chocolate chips

To lighten this recipe up, feel
free to substitute some milk for the cream but if you
do that, make sure you add and mix the
eggs with the lemon juice and zest first or you will get curdled milk (gross!!).

Not that you probably need much binding in pancakes (the
eggs probably would have been enough) but since I was using gluten
free flours, I wanted to make sure the pancakes didn't crumble apart.

Yogurt adds a nice amount of moisture, but if you don't have any on hand, feel
