With a little searching, I found Jeanne Sauvage's recipe for gluten - free Cocoa Crazy Cake and figured I could sub her gluten -
free flour mix for the all - purpose flour.
I didn't have all the ingredients so substituted kefir cheese for the butter and gluten
free flour mix for the flour.
Any idea what would happen if I subed out gluten
free flour mix for the flour you have listed?
Having already gone the flourless route, as well as the diy oat flour route, I decided to try using an all - purpose gluten -
free flour mix for this cake.

With this particular recipe, since it's already got ground almonds in it I would just substitute the
flour for gluten -
free baking
mix, or perhaps increase the amount of ground almonds to 1 cup and use 1 cup of baking
mix instead of 1 1/2 cups.

flour instead of wheat
flour so I can't speak to the brownie part of the recipe, but the cream cheese flavored with bourbon really elevated these brownies and made them perfect
for a holiday event.
Going to give these a try

free flours and natural sweeteners instead of the sugar.
