free flour mix at Walmart (of all places) that is produced in Salt Lake City and works like a dream in your
recipes.

free flour mix, you do your best to make do with what you own rather than going out to spend even more money at the store — cause let's face it — gluten
free ingredients often bring a whole new definition to pricey groceries.

recipes in the Veganomicon and the Vegan Cupcakes book.
You can also make your own gluten -
free flour mix; I've seen
recipes online for that.
I only made half the
recipe and used Ginger Ale and egg beaters and bought gluten
free flour mix in our local Sprouts Market.

Just made these using the exact
recipe but subbing Bob's Red Mill Gluten -
Free Baking
mix for the
flour and adding a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Usually when I make pancakes I use a
mix of different kinds of
flours (or I use this pre-made
mix) but I really wanted to come up with a vegan, gluten -
free pancake
recipe that's super simple and just uses buckwheat
flour.
With this particular
recipe, since it's already got ground almonds in it I would just substitute the
flour for gluten -
free baking
mix, or perhaps increase the amount of ground almonds to 1 cup and use 1 cup of baking
mix instead of 1 1/2 cups.
Converted to gluten -
free by using a gluten -
free brownie
mix and almond
flour instead of wheat
flour so I can't speak to the brownie part of the
recipe, but the cream cheese flavored with bourbon really elevated these brownies and made them perfect for a holiday event.
And I tested it, over and over, with several different «1:1» gluten -
free flour mixes, learning that they all worked well in this
recipe.
Okay, so I tried this
