free flours into a cup, attempting to duplicate a gluten recipe like a second - rate citizen, I started creating recipes instead.
Wait, why would I make baking any harder than it has to be by throwing gluten -
free flour into the mix?
I find I haven't had HUGE success with the texture, plus this way I am able to add more whole grained gluten
free flour into the mix.
