You'll have to spend a lot of time and effort promoting your work on social media, finagling email swaps with other authors, doing
guest blog posts, and any number of other
free publicity methods.
My dearest homeys, if you aren't following David Gaughran's truly outstanding
blog, Let's Get Digital, then you probably missed my
guest blog post over there, Using «
Free» to Generate Pre-Release Buzz.
My favorite among all is «

free copies, signed copies, book paraphernalia, and more.
(The marketing guy that's mentoring me for

I've been preparing for my 2013 Christmas promotions since August, planning which books I have on Amazon KDP to offer for

guest posts.
Getting reviews, doing
blog tours,
posting guest blogs, even radio interviews are priceless in marketing your book and I mean that as a double entendre»: they are usually
free and you get sometimes huge audience exposure!
