I decided to adapt it by using Granny Smith and Fuji Apples and sugar
free orange marmalade as part of the glaze.

marmalade, but was initially concerned that most
marmalades contain such high quantities of sugar but I stumbled across a Smucker's sugar
free brand that had only 10 calories per tablespoon.
I made a good glaze for the ham: Mixed 3 tablespoons sugar -
free pancake syrup, 1 1/2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard, and a tablespoon of Polaner low sugar
orange marmalade.
