This month, we are relieved with spring finally making its appearance, however,

freezing conditions with ever increasing potholes in roads.As a result
of water having made its way into cracks in the
road,
freezing and then expanding during the recent spate
of adverse weather, already bad
road surfaces have broken up even more.
The last winter I spent in Tampa, after a-sprinkle
of rain, when the ground was at below
freezing (I used to wear a leather - bomber jacket) caused the
surface of the
roads to became a «sheet -
of - ice» my vehicle was hit by another vehicle.
