Individuals with early signs
of Alzheimer's may repeat questions
frequently over the
course of several
hours, or tell the same story that they told five minutes ago.
These laws include conditions such as a minimum number
of hours of daily instruction that do not make sense for
courses that are delivered
over the Internet, can be taken at a student's own pace, and
frequently define completion in terms
of mastery rather than seat time.
