fresh coconut water as much as you can, too (easy to get in the exotic destinations such as Thailand, Mexico or Costa Rica.)

I must admit though that I'm not a fan of any of those prepackaged
coconut waters at the supermarket - they don't taste anywhere
as nice
as a
fresh young
coconut cracked open.
So these packaged products aren't necessarily bad, and are still much better than most commercially produced sports drinks and fruit juices, they just aren't the same
as fresh young
coconut water.
It probably does contain all the same electrolytes that
fresh coconut water does and in addition chlorine and fluoride
as well, if you reconstitute it using tap
water.
However, the recipes span the gamut of convenience foods like fake ground beef substitute, fake cheese, TVP, soy curls, «chicken style» seasoning, marinara sauce and vegan mayonnaise to harder - to - find specialty ingredients that might make a beginner intimidated such
as ume plum vinegar,
fresh coconut water, hemp seeds, chickpea flour, vital wheat gluten, amaranth and millet.
It helps to also add a
fresh half or whole cup of shredded
coconut to the hot
water as well.
