Moderation — perhaps the most important step in avoiding a hangover is to practice moderation — make sure you do not drink on an empty stomach, limit yourself to no more than what your liver can process (about 1 drink per hour — max), and make sure to alternate with
fresh filtered water to stay hydrated.
Ditch the dehydration and drink up
some fresh filtered water many times throughout the day.
Fill the pot with
fresh filtered water, bring to a boil, and skim away any additional foam that may come to the top at the start of the boil.
Drain and rinse soaked cashews and combine them with
fresh filtered water, remaining 1/4 tsp sea salt, and lemon juice.
