While
fresh local corn is abundant in early fall, the most tempting way to eat it is right off the cob.
Right now in Calgary the markets have an abundance of
fresh local corn and my favorite way to cook corn on the cob is to bbq it.

Of course, it's best to enjoy guacamole with

local grocery store.
