I filled an old wood box with some
fresh pumpkins & some faux, and then I filled the spaces with some
magnolia leaves and these towels (my new favorite kitchen towels)
Faux fruit below on
left, one of my fave things we used in the event is from Hermann's Furniture just steps from where the class was held in Barnhill Center, ribbon from Michaels of all places, and
fresh magnolia straight from Arkansas!
Some similar elements here,
fresh greenery and some dried
magnolia leaves (they do last a few years, if you are careful when you store them), some fairy lights and of course candlesticks and candles.
If you live in a place where you can't get any
fresh spruce or pine cuttings (like Phoenix, Arizona or Las Vegas) cut
fresh springs of rosemary,
magnolia leaves, or any
fresh greenery which does grow locally and use them as a substitute.
The dinning room table is adorned with a mixture of
fresh greens used throughout the house,
magnolia leaves, holly sprigs, Leland cypress cuttings from my yard and free Christmas tree cuttings from Home Depot.
