At some stores you can even grind your own nuts into
fresh nut butters!
There are electric grinder types used in health food stores for
their fresh nut butter machines, and there are home versions too, but haven't used one.

A beautiful piece of seasonal fruit is a favourite snack, but I also love brown rice cakes with tahini and chia seeds, a small smoothie,
fresh juice, or some homemade crackers with
nut butter.

If you have trouble sourcing
fresh milk, use a
nut based milk and add the
butter in the same amount.
After that, I add almond milk, a frozen or
fresh banana, a cup or so of berries (usually blueberries or blackberries), a big spoonful of
nut butter, and a handful of greens.
When making smoothie bowls, we turn to a rainbow of ingredients — Greek yogurt, frozen and
fresh fruit, California Avocados,
nut butters, low - fat milk, 100 percent fruit juice and chia seeds.
