potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also added,
fresh garlic and coriander at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today, so i loosened it up with some coconut milk (
fresh) it really is so good, i served it with black quinoa, I've also just received your book, can't wait to try
out more

I served these with a naan or brown rice tortilla option and some matchstick roasted
potatoes that I tossed with
fresh rosemary and oregano hot
out of the oven.
Just a tip: if using ffresh shredded
potatoes, they have a lot
of water in them so press them against a colander or strainer before you use them (just like when making
fresh hashbrowns) to get all the water
out.
We didn't overthink it, but made a

Our favourite family meal is BBQ salmon, roasted new
potatoes, summer sweet corn on the cob and

out of the garden, likely followed by some
fresh berries with mint.
The cleanse listed this as a breakfast and lunch option, but it's now become a go - to dinner staple in my routine because I prefer this hearty greens and
potato load
fresh out of the oven.
For your dad, you could simply leave
out the herb and give the
potatoes a good grind
of fresh pepper.
