of Fromage Blanc, which is a full flavored cheese native to a farm in my area) and hard, salty cheeses like aged Gouda and Parmesan - style Sar Vecchio.
Simply set a timer and when they're done, bring to the table with
slices of fresh focaccia bread or toasted
baguettes.
