Then I let the yoghurt rest in
the fridge for a night.
Only because I like a stronger taste to my bread, I normally make the bread at 5 pm, then place it in
the fridge for the night.
They rised perfectly the two first time before I put them in
the fridge for the night.
I made the dough yesterday, let it rise once then wrapped it up tight and stuck it in
the fridge for the night.
These days I'm topping my overnight oats with the fresh berries that have just come into season, but throughout the winter months I use frozen berries, which I add on top of the oats before they go into
the fridge for the night.
