Frying peppers is a common culinary practice, and most of the time, chopped bell peppers are
fried along with onions and garlic as the basis for some other dish.

Add the butter to a preheated
frying pan and place the chicken
along with the
onion and garlic.
In the same saucepan as the chicken is cooked, sprinkle half of the
fried onions, cashew and raisins
along with 1 tbsp garam masala powder.
The rest is easy, it's just a case of
frying up some shallots (or
onions) in coconut oil, adding the spices then whatever vegetables you fancy

along with the coconut milk / Stir and let simmer, partially covered, for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft / Add tofu cubes and season
with salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste.
Finely shred the cabbage and place in a large bowl
along with the Changs Original
Fried Noodles, green
onions and almonds.
