I learned something new recently — chow mein refers not so much to the specific types of noodles used (though it sometimes does use wider and sometimes shorter noodles than lo mein), but that the noodles are stir -
fried along with the veggies.

veggies to mix and match to make a quick and healthy weeknight teriyaki stir -
fry.
If we are thinking
along the lines of pancakes or
fried scones, these fritters are a savory medley of those two favorite dishes... just
with a few
veggies thrown in.
Since bacon is a meat that's
fried in a pan at high heat, there will be small amounts of carcinogenic HCA's, but as I've mentioned before, if you're also having some high antioxidant tea or coffee
with your meal,
along with some
veggies and / or avocado, you'll have plenty of antioxidants to counteract the HCA's in your body.

with hemp seed oil and brags Aminos, or hummus dip made by the recipe in the book, I always have cut up organic
veggies, or a stir
fry of
veggies, always have some fresh organic beeries
along to eat on the way home after work at 11:30 am.
